We all struggle to maintain a consistent exercise program over the long haul. It is super important for all of us to exercise and keep moving. In Parkinson’s disease it is even more critical and even more difficult.
I have included lessons I have learned that have helped me stay positive and increase my exercise since my Parkinson’s diagnosis.

I have included lessons I learned in my 40+ years as a competitive runner, a physician, a mom, my time in the military and as a person with Parkinson’s Disease.
The video is a talk I gave at InMotion in August, 2024 on this topic.
I hope that you can use some lessons I have learned and perhaps share some things that have helped you.
