Session Information August 19, 2024 – June 14, 2025
The 2024-2025 dance season runs from August 19, 2024, to June 14, 2025, and is divided into 10, 4-week sessions. Dancers are automatically re-enrolled in their classes each session unless a parent notifies the studio otherwise. To discontinue a class, written notification must be provided before the next session starts to avoid being charged for that session. Parents are required to complete a class withdrawal form at the main office for a dancer to be officially removed from a class. Please note that there are no refunds for students who discontinue lessons during a session.
Tuition Payment Details
Full tuition is due on the Saturday prior to the start of each session. Accounts with outstanding balances after the new session begins will incur a $20 late fee. Tuition for Session 1 is due at registration, along with an annual enrollment fee of $40 per immediate family. A $25 fee applies for any returned checks.
Auto Pay System
Tuition payments are processed through an automatic draft system using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). Upon registration, families provide their card information, and tuition will be automatically deducted on the Saturday before the new session starts. An email receipt will confirm each payment.
Class Enrollment and Policies
Classes may be subject to cancellation if enrollment falls below the minimum required to operate.
Prices Per 4-Week Session
- 1 class per week: $88.00/session
- 2 classes per week: $168.00/session
- 3 classes per week: $240.00/session
- 4 classes per week: $320.00/session
- Single class drop-in rate: $25.00/class
- Annual family registration fee: $40.00/family
Class Makeup Policy
If a class is missed, students may attend any age-appropriate class to make up for it, even if it’s a different style or location. Makeup classes must be scheduled online and completed within 4 weeks of the absence.
Snow Day Cancellations
In the event of studio closure due to extreme weather, dancers may attend any age-appropriate class as a makeup, even if it is a different style. Makeup opportunities are available at both the La Grange and Countryside locations.
